Selection of heat exchanger vessel flange (toluene)

Dear colleagues: Recently, there have been some projects involving toluene, and one of the heat exchangers involved uses normal pressure in the tube side, with toluene flowing through it. From the information I’ve gathered, toluene is considered an explosive substance. I would like to ask what type of flange is generally used for the tube box in such cases? Is it possible to use a carbon steel flange of type A with a stainless steel lining ring? It would be great if reference standards could be provided. Thank you! Thank you so much!
At normal pressure, type A carbon steel flanges can certainly be used, but attention should be paid to the type of gasket; type A flanges are only suitable for non-metallic gaskets
