Dear colleagues in the maritime industry, most of you work in the chemical sector. I would like to ask you: how is the implementation of safety standardization or integrated management systems in your companies? What benefits does it actually bring to businesses? What does it look like in your eyes? ?
Our company is implementing safety standardization, which is a little helpful
I implemented safety standardization for three companies, but it was more of a formality! ! ! The HSE system is still the best! !
I am working on level 3 of safety standardization, and I feel that there should be some improvements in the factory. I also shared my views on the differences and perspectives regarding safety between domestic and foreign capital.
I feel great, but I lack the strength to put it into practice. The most obvious thing is that something that is highly refined and impressive in theory can sometimes seem like a burden when it comes to actual implementation!
Personally, I think it has a significant impact; the key is whether the leadership provides support. If they do, it can greatly improve safety in production. If not, it will merely be a formality.
Safety standardization is an excellent safety regulation; the key lies in whether enterprises truly implement the requirements of safety standardization, or do it merely to obtain certification for it. The full participation and continuous improvement emphasized by safety standardization are certainly beneficial for a company’s safe production!
The intention behind standardizing safety is good; what matters is the level of emphasis given by enterprises.
The competence of corporate security management personnel, as well as that of all employees, is very important!
Just like human roads before the invention of traffic lights. Traffic rules are simply too annoying for humans. But if we ignore traffic rules now, won’t the world fall into chaos? No matter what kind of enterprise is involved, once it reaches a certain level of development, standardization becomes necessary. Standardization is the set of rules for businesses.
Different companies have varying understandings of standardization; those that approach it effectively believe it can help improve a company’s safety management, while those who treat it as a mere formality see it as a burden. Through systems or standardization, I used to think that company management could be handled in this way, but as implementation progressed, it seemed as though many things were missing. Still, it’s good to have standardization; after all, the intention is good – for standardized management!
