Polyethylene and polypropylene are bulk products in the petrochemical industry. Currently, polyethylene and polypropylene in the coal chemical industry mainly come from MTO and MTP processes. However, related companies such as Shenhua Baotou, Ningmei Co., Ltd., and Datang Duolun have not yet achieved mass production. After related companies successfully start the business within this year, it is expected that products will be released.

It is estimated that these processes will not use loop reactors? Maybe they will still use kettle reactors with small polymerization devices.
If you think about producing 460,000 tons of polypropylene a year, would you use a kettle reactor? It is an extra-large fixed-bed reactor, with a total of three reactors with a diameter of 11.7M and feeding in six layers.
