Could someone help me find out what the allowable stress is for 135, as well as the allowable axial stress and the axial stress resulting from the maximum bending moment? Thank you

16MnR steel is a special plate for pressure vessels with a yield strength of 340 MPa; it possesses excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and processability. The phosphorus and sulfur contents are slightly lower than those of ordinary 16Mn steel. In addition to higher requirements for tensile strength and elongation compared to ordinary 16Mn steel, impact toughness must also be ensured. It is the steel plate specifically designed for pressure vessels that is most widely used and in the largest quantities in our country at present; its allowable stress and yield strength depend on thickness and temperature.
