Why does the liquid level in the high-temperature hot water storage tank drop after closing the valve of the gasifier to evaporate the hot water tower? After the valve is opened, the liquid level in the high-temperature hot water storage tank rises rapidly again.
The evaporation hot water tower is mainly about flash evaporation and heat exchange. The black water from the gasifier enters the flash chamber of the evaporation hot water tower for flash evaporation. Most of the flash steam is still water vapor. The flash steam enters the hot water chamber and conducts heat and mass transfer with the water entering from the upper part through the packing layer. Then the water vapor in the flash steam is condensed and enters the evaporation hot water tower together with the upper water replenishment. Therefore, reducing the black water discharge of the gasifier will reduce the liquid level of the high-temperature hot water storage tank. This is of course discussed when other parameters remain unchanged.
