In the full-circulation aqueous solution method, what can cause crystallization in the gas-phase pipeline of an evaporation heater? What should be done once crystallization is detected?
Because urea also tends to crystallize in the gas phase. Solution: 1. Install a flushing tube for regular flushing; 2. Ensure proper insulation.

I believe it is quite possible that, due to incomplete removal of ammonia during medium and low-pressure decomposition (as a result of improper load distribution), the concentration of urine entering the evaporation section is not high, which leads to flashing. The gas then carries urine along into the gas-phase pipeline, causing crystallization in that pipeline.
Possible reasons: 1. Excessive vapor-liquid entrainment, often due to too high a load or large load fluctuations. 2. Improve insulation and flush regularly.
