Reason for the high nitrogen content of 2–3% in the purified gas (flash vapor compressor not turned on)
1. The high-pressure nitrogen valve of Tower 1 (which is pressurized with high-pressure nitrogen) is not fully closed or there is internal leakage in the valve. Solution: Close both nitrogen valves completely, and open the vent valve between the two nitrogen valves. 2. Changes in the composition of the raw gas.
It is also highly related to the purification process and the operations carried out by the operators
