The oil circuit of the compressor unit has been modified by adding quick-shut components; extensive changes have been made to the oil circuit. Our facility does not carry out acid or alkali cleaning; instead, only oil circulation is performed, with temporary pipelines used to create a circulation loop without allowing the fluid to enter the machine units.
All pipelines are designed to be detachable, with flange connections installed at appropriate points. After all the pipelines are assembled, they are labeled in sequence (it is best to indicate the steel grade as well). Then they are all removed and taken to a cleaning facility where they undergo acid and alkali cleaning. Once cleaned, they are rinsed with clean water. Upon return, each section is purged with steam and then flushed with air. Finally, the pipelines are reconnected, and an external oil circulation system using an oil filter is employed; this process usually takes about 4 hours.
