Career help: Which girl is better at designing pressure vessels and water treatment equipment?

Now I have been working in an equipment company mainly engaged in water treatment for almost half a year. I have been engaged in equipment design work. The original company wants me to go back. I don’t know whether as a girl, I have a better future in pressure vessel design or water treatment equipment? The salary and other things are about the same. It turns out that the company is relatively familiar to me and the job scope is wider. I hope you can give me some advice. What are the main considerations if you want to change jobs? Or the seniors can tell me what kind of further studies I should take to improve myself so that I can develop into a better field.
The key to deciding which field to develop in depends on the nature of the work and the benefits to your own development space. Designing is a particularly suitable job for girls. There may be a lot of sadness in it, but I still feel satisfied when I see that my efforts have turned into actual projects and equipment one after another!
