The leader wants me to work on experiments with small coke ovens and is seeking my opinion. I wonder if it’s easy to work with small coke ovens? Is it interesting? Please ask an expert for advice
The coke oven process is unlikely to change much at the moment
The small coke oven experiment is conducted to guide coal blending for coking, mainly to examine the quality of coke produced from different coal blending ratios. This job is relatively leisurely; the coal blending ratio in ordinary coking plants isn’t adjusted frequently, so there’s basically not much work to do.
Exactly how large is the small coke oven you’re referring to? 40 kg, 20 kg, or 200 kg?
Small coke ovens make it easy to achieve results, but one must combine them with industrial coke ovens in order to become an expert in this field; otherwise, it’s easy to feel discouraged
I’ve never handled 400KG before; I’m afraid it would be boring working with that weight. I heard it’s quite leisurely
A small coke oven is actually just a tool; the real task is the analysis and study of coal quality. This is a different approach from the coke oven manufacturing processes you were involved in before. However, in my opinion, the analysis and study of coal quality is the core of coking production.
Support. Study the characteristics of coal quality and make rational use of them.
