What exactly needs to be checked for the three inspections and four determinations in oil refining projects? Please give me some guidance! !
Check for missing items, non-compliant items, and unfinished tasks; for the problems identified, assign tasks, designate personnel, set deadlines, and determine measures to ensure they are resolved within a specified time frame. I think the main focus should be on checking for design non-compliances; there are many cases here where construction is not carried out in accordance with the blueprints or is done in a careless manner. The details related to the four fixed aspects are usually determined by the owner and the construction party.
We usually look for obvious mistakes; many of them are design-related issues that don’t match the construction drawings, which ultimately leads to the need for rework. As frontline workers, we don’t have any specific standards to follow – we just check things against the process diagrams on site, and generally there aren’t any major problems. Besides, it’s a professional construction team, so they shouldn’t make any fundamental errors; it’s not easy to find mistakes in such cases
