Seeking advice on operating parameters in the industrial application of tower equipment

I am working on my graduation project, and I would like to ask those experienced colleagues for advice: what are the air velocity through the sieve holes, the wet plate pressure drop, and the efficiency per plate under normal operating conditions of a distillation tower? Also, what is the liquid flow rate? I want to determine whether the experimental conditions can replicate those of industrial applications. Thank you
The gas velocity through the sieve pores is generally determined by the residence time, and must not exceed the highest gas velocity in the entire tower
