1. At the initial stage of starting up the low-temperature methanol wash unit, since a cold balance has not yet been established – meaning the temperature at the inlet of T301 is high – and coupled with poor separation efficiency as well as issues related to excessive water content in the methanol circulation fluid, do any of you have any good suggestions or effective solutions?
Spray methanol in a timely manner to lower the temperature of the shift gas; additionally, improve the operation of the methanol-water separation tower.
