The pressed stainless steel head has multiple cracks, with severe ones reaching the transition zone. What’s the reason? Is it due to the material?
First, the material issue needs to be considered; secondly, incorrect manufacturing processes at the pressure head factory can also lead to cracks.
Could it be that the processing technique used during head forming was incorrect, such as an inappropriate heating temperature or excessive deformation in one step?
