What principle is used in magnetic flap remote transmission? How accurate is it?

The detection tube of the transmitter contains a set of reed switches and precision resistors; as the magnetic float outside the tube moves up and down with the liquid level, the reed switches located at the liquid surface inside the detection tube turn on in sequence, thereby changing the resistance value of the transmitter. The conversion circuit module in the junction box then converts this value into a standard current signal of 4–20mA, enabling remote transmission, alarm functions, and automatic control. The accuracy is generally ±10mm, which is sufficient for level detection in ordinary equipment ; The use of important equipment is not recommended (personal opinion, for reference only).
Magnetic flap level gauges do not have remote transmission capabilities. By installing a reed-type or magnetostrictive level transmitter along with a magnetic flap level gauge on an external floating buoy. Reed switch types have lower precision, while magnetostrictive types can achieve a precision of around 0.5%, which meets the requirements for process control.
Magnetic flip versions come without a transmitter. . Generally, it’s either externally bonded or internally inserted magnetostrictive technology, which ensures both accuracy and stability; however, the brand should be at least a joint venture or higher quality. . The imported K-TEK has pretty good quality.
