The jacket of the polymerization reactor requires chemical cleaning. What are the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of this cleaning?

1. Analysis is conducted by examining changes in the pH value of the cleaning solution as well as iron ions and calcium/magnesium ions. 2. An industrial endoscope is used to visually inspect the tube walls after cleaning.
It is recommended to look up the boiler cleaning standards, which include monitoring the test coupons to determine the cleaning corrosion rate. (During the normal cleaning process, 20# steel coupons and 314 coupons are used for monitoring the cleaning process); primarily, photos are taken before and after cleaning for comparison.
