However, as professional engineering qualifications (titles), there are many other categories. The last point is that, whether it comes to professional titles or registration qualifications, there is only one authority responsible for issuing them, and that is the Ministry of Human Resources. Therefore, not all things that bear a registration label constitute traditional registration qualifications.
