Due to operational problems, the owner was changed. After the boss changed, there’s more work to do than before, but the salary is lower. I want to leave, but I don’t have any compensation for my over ten years of service – what should I do? Please give me some advice.
If you want to continue working, then adjust your mindset, or talk to your boss; otherwise, try working at another company – things might turn out better there.
I personally suggest talking to your boss; otherwise, your length of service will be wasted, and if you switch to a new job, you’ll have to start from scratch again.
