The levelness of the trays in a low-temperature methanol washing unit is directly related to the operating conditions and flexibility after production; therefore, it is crucial to ensure the proper levelness of these trays. However, when using traditional levels, the length limitations of such tools prevent accurate measurement of the entire tray, especially since the trays in large low-temperature methanol washing units are typically 3.5–4 meters in length. What are the methods for measuring the levelness of such large trays? Thank you!
In cases where high requirements are not necessary for large trays, simply fill the transparent plastic tube with water and then measure the level

Find a base point, fill the U-shaped transparent tubing at both ends with water, use the base point as a fixed point, and then measure the deviation of each point from the base point. The principle is simple in theory, but actual measurement is still rather inconvenient, as I have tried to do it myself!
