I believe that in June, another group of college graduates will leave the ivory tower and enter society. So what do recent graduates lack the most? How should one overcome some adverse factors in work and life? Please give some advice, fellow travelers.
Never be arrogant; maintain a positive attitude, think more about learning from your master, and have the spirit of water.
Every river has its own unique path, but every river also has its own dream – that of flowing into the sea. Our lives are sometimes like sediment; we may gradually settle down just like that sediment. Once we have settled, we might no longer need to strive to move forward, but we will never see the sunlight again. No matter what our current situation is, we must possess the spirit of water – accumulating strength little by little, constantly breaking through obstacles. When we realize that our strength isn’t enough, we should build up our resilience. And when the right time comes, we will surge forward into the sea, striving for our dreams, thereby giving meaning to our lives and realizing our personal value.
What is most lacking is work experience; one must put aside pretensions, not be afraid of hardship or fatigue, and study diligently to accumulate as much experience as possible, thereby laying a foundation for future career prospects.
All of Hai Chuan are students; few of them have experience
The most important thing is to be humble and eager to learn at work*.
Acquire skills and gain experience through work.
Those who have just graduated tend to be intolerant of criticism, arrogant, do not take the tasks assigned to them seriously, and are slow in completing their work. Lacks experience and doesn’t understand interpersonal relationships.
Recent graduates lack work experience, have relatively poor practical skills, and also lack patience to some extent.
Recent graduates are essentially like a blank sheet of paper; as they enter society and accumulate work experience as well as social knowledge, they gradually develop into skilled professionals. But today’s graduates generally can’t let go of their arrogance and pride. When they first start working, they are very assertive, have many things they disapprove of, and think they are very capable. What they often lack is humility; they are full of arrogance, believing that there is nothing they can’t accomplish at work. Yet the reality isn’t like that. Therefore, newly graduated students must lower their pride, be eager to learn, and be cautious in their actions and words; only in this way will they not become isolated from others, which is very beneficial for their future development. The above are my personal experiences; they are merely my opinions and may not suit everyone.
