There are two methods for grounding anti-static floors: The first is to connect the anti-static floor directly to the grounding bar using a grounding wire, thereby connecting it to the earth; the second method involves adding an MΩ resistor in between before performing the grounding. Most systems use the first method – what is the reason why the second method isn’t given much attention?
Does an anti-static floor need to be grounded again?
I remember that most anti-static floors don’t have a ground wire underneath, but the supports must be grounded.
