The instrument box is installed at a higher height than the orifice plates (on an additional platform erected on site, as there isn’t enough space on the ground to accommodate the instrument box), and the pressure transfer pipes are quite long. As a result, after installation, the measurements of the dilution steam flow from the 5 cracking furnaces are inaccurate, making it impossible to proceed with further investments. You just need to adjust your flow meter to achieve a linear and stable flow rate. After running for a prolonged period of time, once the actual steam flow rate is estimated, it should also be possible to switch to automatic mode.
There’s no problem with installing it on a transmitter, but a condenser needs to be added. It is necessary to ensure that any excess water in the condenser can flow smoothly into the pipes.
Check your pressure pipes to see if the positive and negative pressures are at the same level. Then, if there is a condensation tank, fill it with isolation fluid by yourself to ensure that the pressures on the positive and negative sides are equal.
