I’d like to know if every boiler has two-stage feedwater temperature control If so, is self-tuning effective, or is manual adjustment used more often? Does the effectiveness of regulation depend greatly on the boiler design?
Cooling water regulation is available in most superheated steam boilers; some use primary water injection for cooling, while others use secondary water injection. As for whether this regulation should take place after the second stage of superheating, it depends on the specific boiler. Additionally, as far as I know, there are systems with automatic regulation, as well as those where automatic regulation isn’t effective and manual control is required. I’m not sure which type is more common. The effectiveness of such regulation depends on both the boiler’s design and its operation

Returning to the 7th floor: It would be great if the temperature reduction control could operate automatically in a normal manner. Could you elaborate further on whether it is a complex control system or a simple one? What are the PID parameters, and what are the influencing factors? How can these disturbances be addressed?
