I’m at a crossroads in life; how should I make my choice?

The facility isn’t built yet, so training is held outside all day long. I thought I could learn a lot at the new company, but every day was the same: shift after shift. . . After working for so long, I’ve learned how to work shifts. Without any new knowledge, everything seems the same to me; I think I’ll just take the postgraduate entrance exam. But I am a person who is highly influenced by my surroundings. My friends advise me to wait until the facilities are built and things start to improve, then everything will be fine; even if I go on to pursue further studies for two more years, how do you know what will happen after those two years? I hesitate at such times. So I’m asking for help – what should I do? ! Thank you!
Your friend is right; since the company is just starting out now, you have great opportunities – seize them.

Take the opportunity to work at several different companies while you’re still young; this not only helps you gain experience and learn more, but it also increases your chances of finding a job that satisfies you, which is beneficial for the future.
