Hold CTRL while dragging an item to copy the selected items. Press CTRL + SHIFT while dragging an item to create a shortcut key for the selected item. Ctrl+F: Opens the “Find and Replace” dialog box, and takes you to the “Find” tab. Ctrl+G: Opens the Find and Replace dialog box, and navigates to the Find tab. Ctrl+H: Opens the “Find and Replace” dialog box and navigates to the “Replace” tab. Ctrl+I: Italicizes the selected text (press again to remove italics). Ctrl+K: Opens the “Insert Hyperlink” dialog box. Ctrl+Shift+L: Add a “bullet point” to the text in the row where the cursor is located. Ctrl+M: Increase leading and hanging indentation simultaneously. Ctrl+Shift+M: Decrease the first-line and hanging indentation simultaneously. Ctrl+N: Create a new empty document. Ctrl+O (or Ctrl+F12): Opens the “Open” dialog box. Ctrl+P (or Ctrl+Shift+F12): Opens the “Print” dialog box. Ctrl+R: Aligns the text in the row where the cursor is located to the right. Ctrl+S: Opens the “Save As” dialog box for a new document, or saves the current document. Ctrl+T: Increase indentation for the first line. Ctrl+Shift+T: Decrease the indentation of the first line. Ctrl+U: Add an underline to the selected text (press again to remove the underline). Ctrl+V: Paste the text or image from the clipboard at the cursor location. If there are multiple items on the clipboard, the last item will be pasted at the cursor position. Ctrl+X: Cuts the selected text to the clipboard. Ctrl+Z: Undo the last action performed (can be used multiple times). Ctrl+0: Adds a 12-point spacing before each paragraph of the selected text. Ctrl+1: Quickly sets the line spacing of the selected text to \"single spacing\" if it is not already set that way. Ctrl+2: Set the line spacing of the selected text to \"double line spacing\". Ctrl+5: Set the line spacing of the selected text to \"1.5 times line spacing\". Ctrl+F2: Quickly execute the “Print Preview” function. Ctrl+F4: Close the current document. Ctrl+F5: Restores the window to its state before it was maximized. Ctrl+Shift+F5: Opens the “Bookmarks” dialog box. Ctrl+Shift+F8: Activates the column selection function, which is what is commonly referred to as selecting vertical blocks of text (press it again or press ESC to deactivate this function). Ctrl+F9: Insert a domain marker “{}” at the cursor position (note: a pair of curly braces entered directly cannot be used as a domain marker). Ctrl+F5: Restores the window to its state before it was maximized (pressing it again will maximize the window once more). Ctrl+Delete: Deletes one English word or one Chinese character after the cursor (can be used repeatedly). Ctrl+Backspace: Deletes one English word or one Chinese character before the cursor (can be used repeatedly). Ctrl+Enter: Quickly move the content after the cursor to the next page. Ctrl+End: Quickly move the cursor to the end of the text. Ctrl+Home (or Ctrl+Page Up): Quickly move the cursor to the beginning of the text. Ctrl+Insert+Insert (that is, pressing the Insert key twice): Quickly switches or changes the “Task Pane” to the “Clipboard” mode. Ctrl+~: Opens the “Online Word Creation” function of the Chinese input method. Ctrl++: Quickly switch to subscript input mode (press again to return to normal mode).
