I hope all fellow sailors can give some advice on how to write this summary report – what length is appropriate, and to what extent should the details be thorough? It’s very urgent; please help me out a lot

Hehe, a real* report. . . . Write quite a bit, focusing more on how much you know; include some of your suggestions as well (preferably ones that are well-known, but not too many)
Personally, I suggest that the report could consist of three parts: 1. A summary of your knowledge regarding the processes, equipment, operations, and safety aspects related to methanol production; 2. Suggestions for technical reforms or improvements in operational skills related to methanol processing knowledge acquired through training; it is necessary to keep records of insights gained from both theoretical learning and practical experience, otherwise it will be difficult to write such suggestions ; 3. Methods for overcoming the difficulties encountered during the internship, as well as expressions of gratitude for the help received; thanks and respect are offered to the teachers, mentors, and supervisors during the internship. It’s just my personal suggestion; I hope it helps the original poster :)
I think I have one ready! I forgot where I put it.

I’m also practicing*, and there are still many things I don’t understand; I hope to get guidance from the seniors when the chance arises.
I’m also in practice*, looking forward to your guidance! ! !
