The *** standards, namely GB/T 50326-2006 \"Code for Project Management of Construction Projects\", clearly specify the tasks that need to be carried out in the relevant guidelines.
Companies involved in EPC engineering projects generally adopt a matrix organizational structure. In accordance with the terms of the EPC project contract, relevant personnel are assigned from various departments of the company to form a project management team. Working in the mode of a work team, this team is responsible for the \"design, procurement, and construction\" of a project, with the project manager taking overall responsibility for the activities of the team. At the same time, the various management departments of the company exercise leadership, supervision, guidance, and control over the work of the working groups in accordance with the company’s legal rights, to ensure that the activities of these working groups are in line with the interests of the company, the owners, and society. After the EPC contract was completed, the working group was disbanded as well.
