Regarding the design of the solvent oil project

Our company is planning to launch a new solvent oil project. We have contacted several design firms and asked the client to provide the necessary design documents (process flow, design of towers and operating parameters, etc.). We’re not sure how to proceed with this process; anyone who is interested in helping out is welcome to do so.
I wonder what the production capacity of your project is? Generally, one first seeks a large design firm to develop the process package (including the procedures and key parameters). For larger projects, it is advisable to hire a large design firm to handle the construction drawings; for smaller projects, a smaller design firm can also be used.
