This does not seem to be a problem at the hydrogen levels required for removing low levels of impurities (less than 200 ppm). Does \"less than 200 ppm\" refer to the concentration of impurities or the concentration of hydrogen?

Less than 200 ppm is the level of impurities. In other words, after removing the impurities, the hydrogen gas contains less than 200 ppm of impurities, which indicates that the purity of the hydrogen gas is very high; it isn’t difficult to purify hydrogen gas to such a high degree of purity! !
