If 20#GB 8163 steel pipes are ultrasonic tested one by one, how much higher will the ex-factory price be? If it is very high, wouldn’t it be uneconomical to use GB 8163 in the GC1 pipeline? If you think about it this way, GC1 pipes cannot be used with GB 8163 steel pipes, and you can’t use them even if you want to.
Why do pipes need to be tested one by one? Generally, they are randomly inspected before leaving the factory. If they fail twice, they will be 100% inspected.
Back on the second floor, according to the regulations of TSG D0001-2009, generally GB8163-2008 pipes cannot be used for GC1 pipes. They can only be used unless they meet the requirements in the attachment description and undergo ultrasonic testing one by one. In addition, the price after ultrasonic testing of pipes back to LZ GB8163-2008 is still cheaper than 316 and other pipes.
