Is relationship important or personal ability important?

At work, should you make an effort to build good relationships with your supervisors? Should I focus on improving my business skills instead? I seek guidance from successful people and experts.
Both relationships and abilities are important. Having only abilities without relationships will not lead to any great achievements in life, while having only relationships without abilities will result in being looked down upon throughout one’s life
I agree with what was said above; to achieve good development, both are essential

Personal abilities need relationships to have the chance to be demonstrated

When achieving success, promote the worthy regardless of kinship!
