What is the name of the side pipe located on the middle outer side of the gas collection duct of the 65-hole coke oven model TJL4350D? What is its function? How to use it?
The function of a traffic valve should be called a traffic tube.
Is this pipe for transporting raw coal gas or ammonia? In the middle section of the gas collection pipe, ammonia solution should not pass at this height. Or the possibility of balancing the pressures in the gas collectors on both sides is greater, right?
A traffic pipe (or connection pipe) is used to connect two gas collection pipes, and it helps to stabilize the pressure in those pipes； However, when the production load is low or the pressure setpoints of the gas collection pipes on both sides are different, this valve should be closed.
A connecting pipe is used to balance the pressure in the gas collection pipes, as well as to offset any uneven temperatures within these pipes and thus prevent harmful stresses that could cause them to crack.
