Burner replacement

Our company needs to replace the side flame burners, but after the dust removal renovation, dust removal pipes were added at the top of the coke side of the coke oven. Due to the large diameter of these pipes, it becomes difficult to replace the side flame burners; the tools used for replacement cannot reach inside the combustion chamber. Does anyone have a good solution to this problem?

Your coke ovens use side-fed gas, right? There’s no good solution unless the pipes on top of the oven are removed.
