Hello everyone! I would like to ask everyone, how is the assistant professional title usually obtained through an exam? Or how is it evaluated? Is a diploma required? I graduated from a junior college and have been working for almost three years; I work in the chemical industry. . ASU doesn’t refer to people from Hangzhou working in that city; what other requirements do I need to be eligible for the assistant position? Thank you!
These days, professional titles are all awarded through evaluation; you can consult some local agencies for information
The company evaluates it on its own, anyway that’s how we do it here; there are no tests required
No exams are required; **full-time junior college graduates can apply for it three years after graduating and starting work. It should be evaluated by the Labor Bureau.
One year for undergraduate programs and three years for junior college programs; the company can set these durations itself
Assistant engineer titles are awarded through evaluation; the company should organize this process, and all you need to do is fill out a form – there’s a fee of 80 yuan for that. In Hubei, it takes place in May, but I’m not sure about the dates in other places; it varies from region to region. To obtain intermediate or senior professional titles, one needs to pass specialized exams~~
This is divided into public-owned and non-public-owned sectors. In the former case, one needs to pass a computer-related exam and submit a 2000-word essay (although this may vary from province to province; at least that’s how it is where I am). In the non-public-owned sector, it’s generally up to the companies themselves to conduct the evaluation (most large companies have the necessary qualifications), but it’s not certain whether other organizations will recognize these qualifications (I guess companies like CNPC shouldn’t have any problems with this). I’ve dealt with two types: one is the so-called evaluation type, where you submit your educational credentials along with a form, and after some time the result is given; the other is the public-sector type, which requires passing two computer-related exams.
The title of assistant is awarded through evaluation, without the need for an exam.
It’s all evaluated by the company itself; no exams are required
It’s evaluated by the company itself; there are evaluation agencies as well.
