This is our factory’s first major overhaul. I would like to ask: how should a glass level gauge be maintained and repaired?
As an important means to verify whether the instrument readings are accurate, it is necessary to ensure the following during maintenance for glass plate level gauges: 1. The unobstructed operation of the upper and lower cut-off valves for the glass plate. 2. Unobstructed flow of the valves at the top and bottom corners of the glass panel. 3. The unobstructed operation of the drain valve for the glass panel. 4. Clean the glass plate.
If it is too dirty to see clearly, disassemble it and clean it.
