The synthesis tower here used to be a cyclone separator, followed by a scrubber. However, due to the presence of only one cyclone separator, a large amount of silicon powder is carried by gaseous chlorosilane into the washer, causing serious problems with slag discharge from the washer; this results in both losses of silicon powder and increased difficulties in operating the facility. Previously, automatic slag removal was used, but now the excessive amount of silicon powder causes the pipes to get clogged, so manual slag removal is necessary. I hope everyone can discuss ways that are both economical and practical to use.
Add a bag filter between the cyclone dust collector and the wet dust collector·
Use at least two stages of cyclone separation for silica powder, along with a bag filter; this way, very few particles remain by the time of washing.
