What are the reasons for the fluctuations in the liquid level of the vacuum flash separation tank? Does dust accumulation on the swirl plate demister in the vacuum flash tank affect the vacuum level, which in turn affects the liquid level in the tank? Looking at the historical data, there are no fluctuations in the negative pressure; however, there are still some fluctuations in the negative pressure alone, but they aren’t as significant as those in the liquid level. I would appreciate advice from experts. Thank you.
Possible reasons are as follows: 1. Check the gauge to see if there is any blockage at the bottom of the level gauge; generally, diaphragm type level gauges are used in vacuum tanks, and such problems often occur. 2. Fluctuations in vacuum level are also a contributing factor; it is sufficient to check whether the cycles of these fluctuations match those of the liquid level to understand the situation. 3. Check again to see if the liquid level control device in the separation tank has any impact.
