I work at a company, and there’s a strange phenomenon: the maintenance team isn’t under the jurisdiction of the equipment management department. I don’t understand why the company has arranged things this way There are only two people in the equipment department, hehe,,,
Our company does the same thing – we have a dedicated maintenance company. That’s fine; it’s actually better that way. If it’s within the same department, it can be awkward to ask them to do the work. Companies outside provide much better service
It might have been outsourced; these days, many companies outsource maintenance tasks.
