The signal of a newly installed mass flow meter in our factory is intermittent and intermittently, and the transmitter in the meter box displays intermittent and intermittently. Sometimes, when the transmitter is moved, there will be an output signal. What is the reason.
It is possible that the circuit contacts inside the transmitter are weakly welded. Try using another one.
Maybe your measuring tube is not completely filled with liquid!!
The pipeline flow rate is more than 600 cubic feet, and the pipeline is full
Check the power supply to see if there is a virtual connection. If it is a DC24V power supply, check the grounding.； Secondly, check the output power of the power supply and whether the output voltage meets the usage requirements.
The transmitter is powered by 220V, the output meter displays sometimes and not, and outputs a 4-20MA signal. The distance is about 800M.
It may be that the line is loose, there is a virtual connection, or there is something wrong with the measurement part.
There may be weak soldering of the circuit contacts inside the transmitter. The manufacturer has checked.
