In production, it is common to concentrate aqueous solutions of inorganic salts through evaporation. At the bottom of the evaporator, a suspension containing a large amount of crystals forms. After evaporation, this crystal-containing suspension must be sent to a centrifuge for solid-liquid separation via the discharge valve at the bottom of the evaporator. What type of valve should be used for such a discharge valve, one that can ensure tight sealing while also preventing blockages or jams caused by the crystals? I would appreciate your advice.
