Reusing electro-hydraulic valves

There are several electro-hydraulic valves at the site that are still in good condition; they need to be removed from the old fueling island and installed on the new one. What treatment is required for these removed electro-hydraulic valves before they can be installed on the new island? Can it be used right away without any processing, just by installing it?2. Use a wrench to unscrew the solenoid valve housing, and carefully take out the electromagnetic coil.
3. Use special tools to carefully unscrew the protective tube; be careful not to force it, and you can gently tap the handle of the tool.
4. Take off the protective tube and remove the moving core, stationary core, etc. that are inside it. At this point, it is possible to check whether there are any foreign objects inside the solenoid valve and whether the seals are damaged. If there are any foreign objects, clean them away and reinstall everything as it was ; If any parts are damaged, replace them and reinstall them properly. The parts can be purchased from the manufacturer. Method for removing the main valve When the user suspects that there are foreign objects stuck in the main valve’s spool or that the spool’s sealing elements (O-rings or Y-rings) ; When the diaphragm is damaged, the main valve must be disassembled for repair. When disassembling, follow the steps below (for the names of various components of the electro-hydraulic valve mentioned below, please refer to Figures 1 and 2); 1. Remove conduits 1, 2, and 3. Be careful not to loosen the connectors of these conduits, as this could cause leaks. 2. Remove the two bolts that connect the solenoid valve to the bracket, then unscrew the eight nuts on the valve cover, remove the bracket, and open the valve cover. 3. Remove the spring wrapped around the valve core, carefully pull the diaphragm out of the eight double-headed studs, and take out the entire valve core. At this point, it is possible to check for any foreign objects on the sealing surface and to determine whether the seal is damaged. If there is any foreign object, remove it and check whether the seal is damaged; if it is damaged, replace it (the seal should be purchased from the manufacturer). If there is no damage, simply reinstall it as it was. Special reminder: Before diagnosing and troubleshooting faults, be sure to check first whether all the valves in the pipeline are open, whether the pump is running and has pressure, whether the filter is clogged, and whether the power wiring and power supply are correct and functioning properly.
