The chlorine liquefaction unit in our company often experiences unstable supply of Freon. The manufacturer said that there are too many elbows in our Freon supply pipes, which increases resistance and leads to poor supply of Freon. Is what the manufacturer says correct? Is the number of elbows on the pipes emphasized in the design?
Suspect that there is water in the Freon pipeline; check whether the desiccant has lost its effectiveness. The liquid supply pipe weighs over ten kilograms; if it’s not blocked, there should be no major problem. Also, there might be a problem with your control valve.
Has the unstable supply of Freon been an issue since the system was put into operation? Is it still normal as before, or has this phenomenon occurred for some time? If this has been the case since the vehicle started running, there are two possible explanations: 1. The fuel supply solenoid valve is faulty ； 2. The diameter of the liquid supply pipe is too small ；
