After filling the liquid chlorine cylinder, frost forms on its outer surface, and it should be left undisturbed. Why is it not advisable to load it immediately?
I think it’s probably to keep the surface at the same temperature as the surrounding environment so that frost doesn’t form, thereby preventing too much water from dripping after loading.
I think that in hot weather, when water is loaded onto the vehicle and evaporation is high, it can easily lead to high pressure in the cylinders

After filling is complete, the outer surface of the cylinder is cool (slightly moist and feels icy), which is completely normal! But severe frosting is not common – have you overloaded it, or are we in a cold winter? But even in the case of frost, GB11984-2008, the safety regulations for chlorine, does not state that loading is not possible under such conditions!
