Everyone, what do you think – is it better to learn skills in the exhaust gas recovery section, or to be a team leader in waste gas treatment?
The key still lies in one’s attitude; if one can stay calm, they should focus on learning skills first. If there’s an opportunity, it’s better to become a team leader, as that provides a higher platform for development. To be honest, as long as one is willing to learn, they can do so at any time.

Waste gas treatment is very simple; it’s not advisable to stay there. I guess the salary of this team leader is similar to that of the workers who do the operations earlier
What was said upstairs is absolutely true... The wages for the core work tasks should be higher; the exhaust treatment process is far too simple... The environmental conditions there probably aren’t very good either.
The working environment for exhaust gas treatment is quite harsh, while exhaust gas recovery is relatively more comfortable. If you choose to be a team leader, the level of work you’ll be involved in will be different, and you’ll surely need to consider things from a broader perspective than others
