It’s not as bad as you think; the key lies in your role. The compensation for those working with ammonium sulfide here is the same as that in other departments
The salary is the same as that in other shifts. Moreover, it’s difficult to control the quality of ammonium sulfate, and the work of loading materials is quite strenuous; it’s not as good as working with crude benzene or in the drum cooling area
