The tower bottom is the lower part of the tower, used to maintain the liquid level.
The tower bottom is part of the tower! !

A tower is a container; the tower body can be regarded as the external part of this container, that is, its surface. The tower bottom is the lower section of the container where liquid is stored, and it constitutes part of the container’s volume! The unit is volume.
