What are the effects of high and low carbon dioxide levels in the exhaust gas from carbonization towers? ? How can one operate to avoid it?

A high level of carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas indicates that the ventilation volume of the carbonization tower is too high; conversely, a low level of carbon dioxide suggests that the ventilation volume is insufficient. The amount of carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas reflects the ventilation volume of the carbonization tower. Of course, another possibility is that the bacterial cap inside the carbonization tower is damaged, allowing the gas to flow directly, which results in a higher carbon dioxide level
If the exhaust gas contains high levels of carbon dioxide, it indicates: 1. A low liquid level in the tower; 2. Excessively high carbon dioxide content in carbon ammonium mother liquor II; 3. High temperature in the middle section of the tower, causing the reaction zone to shift upward; 4. Low concentrations of either perchlorine or ammonia in ammonia mother liquor II
