Our workshop was recently audited by Pfizer in the United States, and many safety issues were identified. I would like to ask about the nitrogen protection system used for centrifuges, as well as how to measure the residual oxygen level in centrifuges while they are in operation
My factory has centrifuges imported from abroad, used for separating organic substances; these centrifuges require continuous nitrogen purging at a rate of about 10 Nm3/h. There is a nitrogen flow interlock in place, and it is required that the oxygen content be below 1% before starting up, with manual analysis carried out. If you need to analyze the oxygen content online, that’s also possible – just add an oxygen meter.
