Coke oven door opening time and empty oven time

For top-charging coke ovens, the door should remain open for no more than 7 minutes during coke extraction, and the oven should be empty for no more than 8 minutes; what are the appropriate limits for ramming coke ovens? How are the factories controlled?
For the ramming coal loading process, it should not take more than 13 minutes on the coke side and no more than 7 minutes on the coal side. I’d also like to know how long it takes to empty the furnace – what is the normal time for this, and what limit should not be exceeded in case of special operations?
Our factory is very casual – we wait until the rammer has crushed the coal and loaded it all!
