Everyone has spoken very well; the way forward for polysilicon lies in improving its internal capabilities. Of course, no matter how good those internal capabilities are, by-products are inevitable, and chlorosilanes still need to be dealt with. In my polysilicon company, the by-products are processed using silica gel. The bag filter systems used in these facilities have managed to effectively handle the recovery of exhaust gases and waste materials, ensuring that the quality of hydrochloric acid produced remains stable without any contamination from silica gel – which can be considered a successful example in this regard. However, my company is located in Tai’an City, where there are few companies in the north that produce high-temperature adhesives or silicone rubber, resulting in low consumption of silica gel. The main markets for such products are in the south and abroad. When dealing with overseas clients, it’s essential to improve product quality. As I said before, it’s necessary to strengthen internal capabilities. In the south as well, quality is important, but transportation costs represent a significant burden for us. Therefore, if we want to develop the use of silica gel further, transportation issues must also be addressed. Only by resolving these issues can we truly help solve the problems associated with polysilicon.
